We have a vacancy, manager role, for a team

of 10 distinct valuable delivery managers, assuring high-quality experience and

deliverables for customized fixed services roll-out, to enterprise large and

very large customers.

We are looking for someone proactive, dedicated, able to

manage several projects at the same time, with a variety of challenges

regarding service transition from order into in life , agile in processes

definition and governance, a good communicator

and mediator, adaptable to surprising contexts and situations, always

remember the mission.

  • Manage a
  • team of project managers; mentoring new joiner and coaching the other team

    members to become proactive, autonomous, auto motivated and continuous

  • developers of themselves, always aiming for doing better, easier, faster;
  • Measure
  • and control delivery process for enterprise fixed connectivity and it&C

    services. Deliver results in terms of quality(customer experience, SLA, OLA),

    quantity(volumes, resource management ), and budgeting(improve and deliver

  • efficiency);
  • Contribute
  • to process definition for new services;
  • Analyze,
  • summarize and present data for continuous improvement in both local team and

  • transversal organization;
  • What you need to know / have

  • Minimum 3
  • years experience in transversal projects;
  • Proactivity
  • and autonomy in taking decisions;
  • Basic
  • knowledge for voice and data network operation, architecture and technologies;
  • Orange
  • Service Catalogue awareness for fixed services and their attributes;
  • Operational
  • and financial cost evaluation skills;
  • Business
  • analysis (Six Sigma or similar);
  • Work force
  • management tools skills;
  • Ability to
  • identify and solve problems;
  • Communication
  • capacity with both customers and peers;
  • Self
  • awareness, control and resilience;
  • Persuasion
  • and negotiation skills;
  • Microsoft
  • Suite and SQL skills for reporting; other tools bring a plus;
