EY Wavespace is looking for an Event Facilitator to serve as a member of the innovation team located in Bucharest, Romania.
This role will oversee internal and external events, from the concept design to the actual delivery.
Creating the interactiveness, aesthetics and vibe of a physical, virtual or hybrid event is no simple feat. We have built a global events delivery framework and interconnected Wavespace locations that will give you the instruments to rapidly kick-off.
As part of this role, you will
Work in a multidisciplinary and open-minded team of young professionals focused to promote, design and deliver out-of-the-box and interactive events
Contribute to an effective Wavespace team and inspire concept design by developing a creative and collaborative environment
Collaborate with the sector and account teams to identify and build the event pipeline
Collect all necessary information to determine each event objectives and maximize its results
Coordinate event planning and design, as well as in brainstorming and rehearsal sessions
Produce run of show document, starting from the initial concept to the final agreed structure
Exercise all aspects of Design Thinking, including participants engagement, interviewing, requirements gathering, empathy mapping, brainstorming, storyboarding and feedback loops.
Monitor audience engagement and the dynamics between the speakers. Is the audience fully engaged, or do you need to refocus their attention?
Are all the speakers contributing, or is one dominating?
Act as an unbiased moderator and allow the flow of ideas and the opinions of the group to come forth
Promote Wavespace events concept and benefits with internal and external stakeholders
Stay up to date on new technologies and software, design trends and events production techniques.
Professional skills requirements :
Innovative minded individual with strong ability to generate new ideas continually concerning design creation and production techniques
Enthusiastic and with an active interest in new and innovative technologies
Excellent active listening, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Working experience in graphic prototyping tools ( Mural)
Solid portfolio of previously and successfully managed events, such as internal, external or public
Being a firm timekeeper is critical.
