Senior Brand Manager, Local Brands & Portfolio Strategy
What You Will Be Accountable For :
Sr Manager Local Brands and Portfolio Strategy is developing long term Local Brands portfolio vision and strategy on a country / cluster level, aligned with CEE Brands and Portfolio director and country Marketing director.
Position will define cluster / country strategy for own local portfolio of brands, in order to energize our brands and become No.
1 choice for our consumers and customers.
Position will develop brilliant 360* support for our local portfolio of brands (from positioning to big idea to communication and execution of all brands projects), being responsible for both short term performance of our brands as well as setting up Long term growth plans.
As a people manager he / she is responsible for people management and their development, with overall goal to increase team capability and skills.
You will contribute to the brand growth through :
Develops long term local brands strategy of our portfolio of brands with the goal of activating growth agenda for the country / cluster.
Accountable for achieving the country / cluster ambition to drive portfolio growth, from the development of a situation analysis to recommending, implementing and monitoring the performance of a set of actions that are designed to grow brands across the country / cluster.
Creates long term portfolio strategy and short term development plans in the country / cluster, applying Regional best practices if relevant locally and leading execution of operational plans to support growth.
Position owns overall brands country / cluster performance in terms of volume, profitability, share, communication and brand health and works with Region and local wider Commercial team on closing identified gaps and any impact this can have on strategy or on operational plans.
Accountable for achieving the country / cluster ambition to Energize our NCBs
Position will fully develop brilliant 360* support for our local portfolio of brands in order to achieve country / cluster brands targets.
If you have the following skills & experience, we want to hear from you!
Master University Degree or above
Marketing degree from University and MBA study completed, an advantage
10+ years in Senior Marketing Brand roles with proven track record of growth in all brand parameters (MS, BH, volume, EBITDA)
Strong technical skills in defining brand and portfolio strategies, executing these clearly across the marketing mix
Deep understanding and experience in successful brand positioning and communication development
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to build a team of engaged, motivated and highly efficient people
Strong overall leadership capabilities
Prior experience across different marketing and commercial roles
Ability for building individual and team capability to deliver world-class marketing materials and strong passion for brands
Able to build relationships and teams
Drive for results
