to-day management, utilization and delivery of Oracle’s internal & Partner Learning Management System and will also be responsible for understanding other enablement tools that OSPA organization leverages to deliver world class enablement solutions.
The Associate Administrator will interact with other Technologists supporting the technical use of the LMS and supporting technologies.
The Associate Administrator will help define internal processes to support curriculum and content standards, including issues such as course loading, design and creation of instructor led events, and assessment methods.
The Administrator will report to the OSPA System Administration Manager and will also interact internally with other members of OSPA.
Specific Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPublish content into the Learning Management system accurately and within the stablish turnaround time.
Provide support to users, administrators, and instructors in the proper use, creation and set up of courses and curricula.
Provide timely and efficient troubleshooting assistance to end users by investigating all questions / issues related to OSA Learning technologies and take appropriate action for resolution.
Assist in Defining, developing and maintaining documented training processes, procedures and practices related to the use and administration of OSPA Learning technologies to ensure consistent and well-
