Candidatul ideal

  • Resolves incidents reported and addressed to ICT Helpdesk team via the ticketing system, telephone or e-mail;
  • Participates in projects such as : migrating users from desktop to laptop, phone replacements etc., in an active way;
  • Solves other received tasks, as necessary.
  • Descrierea jobului

  • Hardware experience in : Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Telephony;
  • Software experience in : MS Windows, MS Office;
  • General knowledge : Active Directory, Exchange;
  • Basic networking concepts;
  • English : advanced level;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Support services aptitudes;
  • At least 1yr experience (in a similar position is an advantage).
