Salary 6.000 - 11.000 RON net per month

Requirements :

  • You already have practical experience as a service desk employee, client & server administrator and / or in a remote support team.
  • You have a certification as a Base Technology Engineer and / or are certified in SNOW PLATFORM ESSENTIALS and SNOW INVENTORY ADMINISTRATION.
  • You have experience with different IT infrastructures, especially with Windows servers, SQL servers and databases.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide Level 3 support to internal and external customers on SNOW Software
  • You implement, configure and manage the SNOW License Manager, SNOW Inventory and Service Gateways.
  • You help the customer to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding licences and, depending on the requirements and solution approach, you create the respective technical drafts in preparation for the implementation.
  • You lead technical workshops for the customer's IT contact persons and provide assistance and support for all questions on the topic of SNOW.
  • You carry out so-called "health checks" on the SNOW tool that already exists or is hosted by SoftwareONE.
  • You act as an interface between the provider support and the customer's contact persons in order to ensure smooth technical support.
