Understanding business needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Mission

  • Identify, analyze and translate the needs of users for IT solution in the form of an IS framework document;
  • Help users set priorities and make decisions based on expected risks and results;
  • Define the possible solutions, assess the impacts and choose the most appropriate solution;
  • Write the functional specifications on the basis of a validated needs expression;
  • Estimate the costs and deadlines for his / her scope and the technical steps for implementation;
  • Validate and then ensure the validation of the functional documents by users and those involved in the project;
  • Identify, write and validate the cases of the functional tests from the functional specifications;
  • Anticipate and accompany changes (impact assessment, communication and training of users, start-up, deployment);
  • Consolidate technical documents and ensure communication both within and outside the entity;
  • Circulate information transparently, transmit alerts to higher levels;
  • Regularly monitor and prepare reports for clients on milestones and deliverables expected;
  • Interface with the project management for matters relating to the functional specifications;
  • Profile

  • High autonomy on the drafting of the documents (eg. CDC);
  • Analytical skills;
  • Profound banking knowledge According to scope of allocated projects;
  • Audacity : BA must challenge standard approach and show originality in their reflection. BA must inspire a new dynamic within the activity during their projects;
  • Operational management : Consolidation of banking needs, translation in terms of computer feasibility, Operational decisions, execution roadmap and control of implementation;
  • Change management : Depending on the size of the project, a team dedicated to the conduct of Change can be formed;
  • English : Depending on the project and / or of the unit, English may be compulsory;
  • Understands principles of project risks, business issues, technical constraints and tools dependencies in order to draft specific documents accordingly;
  • Solution oriented ability to reach the scope in a constrained environment;
