What you will learn and contribute to
The main responsibility of this position is the creation and further development of sales advanced analytics, visualization methods, KPI reports and the analysis of underlying trends and patterns, leading to generation of actionable insights.
This includes the tracking and interpretation of sales data along various dimensions, e.g. organization, business focus, strategic initiatives.
Results will trigger actions towards sales growth and revenue generation in targeted sales groups. Another area of analysis is the CX business performance of the various markets which will lead to the identification of specific actionable sales strategies.
As part of our team, you will :
Provide specialized operational support, in close collaboration with CX and / or BGs. Overall responsibility of reporting, advanced analytics and visualization projects, according to sales process requirements.
Leads and executes technical activities and projects within own responsibility area.
Reports, analyzes and interprets sales funnel, financial and KPIs data (CX / BG specific, e2e, cross-selling) to provide directions for sales development.
Assure data integrity and analysis. Contribute to performance analytics and business insights through analytics software (CRM / Tableau / PowerBI).
Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation by having strong Salesforce CRM / Tableau Analytics / Visualization tools / software knowledge.
Uses AI / ML and predictive analysis in day-to-day activities.
Provide appropriate Sales Ops support to the frontline (Key user and first line support), being their main point of contact for processes and tools, by owning, documenting and clearly communicating sales process.
Writes requirements, specifications and other guiding documentation for own responsibility area.
Your skills and experience
You have :
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization software (i.e. Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, Phyton, R)
Strong skills in understanding sales process, business strategy and analytics requirements
Analytical Skillset : Leads and executes technical activities and projects within own responsibility area. Capable of identifying all aspects of a problem, understanding why a problem exists, and finding viable solutions.
Plans, designs, executes, analyses, reports and documents items in own area.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication & presentation skills required to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organization including (executive) management.
It would be nice if you also had :
Interpersonal Skills : Self-motivated, have an ability to work comfortably in a group setting and to build personal networks quickly, have integrity in every aspect of his / her work and dealings with others, be flexible and welcoming towards change, have the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, and display calmness and composure in uncertain and stressful situations.
Business Acumen : The candidate for this position will show strong business acumen and will have an ability to remain cool under pressure.
Should be able to proactively raise thoughtful questions, create insights and proposals for actions which will enhance the effectiveness of business teams.
Able to work self-guided and independently as well as in a team, to complete projects using own judgment and experience.
