KeyResponsibilities / 职位描述

  • 全国重点客户渠道促销费用 TP)管理 与财务以及预算管理部门对接 负责全年合同预算谈判确认以及促销活动预算的监控
  • 合同条款有效性评估 优化投资 选择高增长且落地性活动 驱动更高增长 并关注执行 以执行为基础考核进行合同费用管理
  • 客户全年 季度预算的清晰分配并与相关stakeholder达成alignment,并建立清楚的追踪报告,定期review使用情况以及ROI达成情况 及时调整客户间以及项目间的费用投资 以保证各预算的合理landing
  • 建立内部外部统一的渠道费用管理核销流程 监督管理并推进客户费用对账以及核销
  • 奖金管理 与公司奖金项目组充分合作 参与 设定优化重点客户部奖金考核标准 重点客户部奖金达成追踪 流程管理 以保证奖金的顺利落实等
  • Qualifications / 任职条件

  • 3年以上消费品工作经验 有销售费用管理经验更佳
  • 本科及以上学历
  • 熟练使用Excel / Word / PPT等
  • 英文读写良好
