You will :
Ensure that the group is successful & highly motivated by :
Establish a holistic coaching and mentorship principles and ensure each Agile Coach receives fair & just-in-time feedback;
Establish long-term trust-based blameless environment in a globally distributed team;Foster autonomy, mastery and purpose;
Create personalized career paths for all Agile Coaches, for achieving personal & company long-term goals;Create belt & grade upgrade process that ensures consistency across the group;
Ensure each person has fair feedback and review process, while encouraging ongoing bidirectional feedback;Continuously facilitates skills growth for each Agile Coach (trainings, conferences, learning materials, mentors etc.).
Make sure that the group members have clear direction and efficient way of working by :
Define group direction and objectives, phase & implement them and measure success;Define the way of working for Agile Coaches, thus enabling their full autonomy inside the teams;
Ensure efficient tools and processes in the flows for achieving the best result;Identify general group workflow impediments and find ways for addressing them.
Ensure that all teams and mambuvians apply modern agile practices by :
Coordinate holistic learning & coaching programs for injecting agile mindset across the whole company;Ensure each team is constantly improving their agility, applies relevant success measurements and adapts to demand & changes;
All teams become self-organised and are able to get over any impediments in their work.
Ensure group capacity to succeed by :
Design recruiting process and skills validation for Agile Coaches, to ensure group and individual growth needs (Hiring Manager for agile group);
Define recruiting strategies to acquire new skills or create group capacity to satisfy business needs, longevity, skills diversity, attrition mitigation and competitiveness;
Ensure fair & competitive salaries and benefits;Ensure all the new and existing teams have just-in-time coaching for performing as agile practitioners;
Ensures group has only members that are aligned to our company values, group direction and required set of skills.
Design efficient and scalable onboardings by :
Design efficient onboarding process for new Agile Coaches (new Mambuvians or people transitions from other groups);Agile Coaches facilitate onboarding of all new engineering team members;
Ensure Agile Coaches are aligned to our values and culture & their skills and plans are aligned with the team they are part of;
Capture on-time feedback about Agile Coaches in onboarding and monitor actions / corrections.
Have to be a passionate Group Member by :
Empathise and constantly align with Agile Group group strong & pain points;Be hands-on a % of your time, decided by you.
You need to have :
Strong leadership skills, in regards to establishing trust, transparency and achieving goals
Experience in coordinating a large group of people
Strong people management skills, able to understand people ambitions and align them to organization needs and offer constant guidance and feedback for achieving them
Good understanding of DevOps principles and way of working
5+ years of experience as Agile Coach
Experience with modern Agile practices and be able to find the best working principles that apply to our company needs
Proactive, detail oriented, creative and team-player attitude
Solid background in software engineering and operations that enables smooth streamlined process for delivering value
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
