As our EMEA Tax manager, you will support the Regional Tax Lead for leading all aspects of and managing tax activities in EMEA countries.
You will act as a business partner and coordinate with local and global partners ensuring tax outcomes are aligned to global tax strategy and stays in sync with local laws as well as international standards.

Be the main point of contact for EMEA tax compliance and ensure that tax returns and other specific tax forms are filed on time as well as oversee local and regional tax environment developments, proactively identifying and proposing measures / initiatives.
Oversee DAC 6, MLI, ATAD, etc initiatives;
Assist Regional Tax Lead in supervising changes in tax regulations as well as policies and cooperate with local finance and other relevant partners to implement work out solutions as well as awareness and education initiatives for the business;
Advise in the tax audit defense : e.g. prepare and collect the requested information from global and local sources, draft defense arguments in collaboration with Regional Tax Lead, finance and external service providers
Provide support to Finance department within the EMEA region on tax accounting matters and assist Tax Reporting team in the preparation and / or review of the current and deferred tax calculations for the EMEA region and provide support on tax reporting (effective and cash tax rate analysis, etc.)

To become our new colleague, you must have the following skills and qualifications :
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant degrees;
A minimum of 8-10 years directly related and progressively responsible tax experience.
Deep understanding of Principal Structure model and transfer pricing implication
Very strong knowledge of Swiss and EMEA tax compliance (corporate tax, withholding tax and stamp duty);
Very strong understanding of tax accounting and reporting concepts / principles (temporary / permanent differences, current and deferred taxes, etc.)
Good knowledge of USGAP (specifically tax accounting related standards), Swiss GAAP;
