We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic K ey Account Executive for our business partner, that will be responsible for promotion and sale of active ingredients, emulsifiers, emollients to potential customers and existing ones and maintaining good relationships with them.

Our business partner is an exclusive distributor and supplier of specialty ingredients for a wide variety of consumer everyday products : Foodstuff, Beauty Care & Cosmetics, Detergent and similar products, Food Supplements and Pharmaceuticals & Injectables.

What will you do

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Responsible for the promotion and sale of products in the portfolio intended for Cosmetic / Personal-Beauty Care, Pharma / Food Supplements & Detergents Industry
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
  • Builds and develops the individual portfolio of clients.
  • Contributes to the increase of the sales volume, in accordance with the company's objectives.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
  • Negotiates and concludes contracts.
  • Follows the evolution of the relations with the clients from the formed and owned portfolio and their loyalty through the cross-selling activity.
  • Maintains permanent contact with customers, providing them with the necessary assistance during the partnership with them.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomist, Food, or related field
  • 2+ years sales experience
  • At least 1+ years in in the Cosmetics / Personal Care Industry
  • Willingness to travel / visit multiple customers throughout the assigned territory (within the country)
  • Possibility to travel out of the country
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Good selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
