As a Jira Administrator, you will join the team which is responsible for creating and delivering the best technologies and solutions for the organization, with robust functionality that is stable, speedy, and visually intuitive.
Also responsible for making infrastructure better and easier.
Your key Responsibilities : Supporting a small team of business users
Providing dedicated Jira and Confluence system administrator
Operations supporting and maintaining business users
Providing technical support to one of our clients : New Business
Providing small changes to existing processes
The ideal candidate has :
1+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence system administration
Ability to analyze and investigate production issues (inc 3rd party plugins)
Ability to maintain and upgrade plugins
Experience communicating with business users and capturing and analyzing requirements
