JobSummary :

Workcooperatively to enable the execution of delivery or product work by creating,implementing and managing a program office function.

Engage key stakeholdersand participate them on monitoring and reporting progress. May haveresponsibilities for the financial and operational management.

Wide latitude indecision making and determination of objectives and approaches to criticalassignments. Manage large complex teams and / or work efforts ensuring highlevels of quality

Key Responsibilities :

Provide coordination / communication support to Delivery or Product leads andtheir team(s) to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and qualitycommitments

Ensure that new deals and projects adhere to governance processes or escalatenon-compliance to the Program Management Office (PMO) and Delivery ExcellenceLead

Providecontinuous improvement to processes, tools, metrics and training, based onongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from process users and otherstakeholders to drive further efficiencies in the organization

Reviewproject status reports and action item logs to identify issues; address risksand concerns directly with project stakeholders or action item assignees orraise them to the attention of senior management for further direction
