Requirements :

  • At least 5 years sales experience and at least 3 years team management experience;
  • Thorough knowledge related to the FMCG market;
  • Excellent abilities to manage and coordinate the subordinated persons;
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;
  • Superior level of development of analytical thinking competence, solving problems, taking decisions, team work;
  • Professional ethics and personal integrity;
  • Availability to travel (over 50% of the time);
  • Driver’s license B category;
  • English knowledge and use of the MS Office package (average-advanced level);
  • Higher education completed with bachelor degree.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Systematically and efficiently manages the assigned territory by coordinating the commercial strategies associated to the Philip Morris portfolio;
  • Identifies the specific business growth opportunities, in order to obtain the targeted volume and the market share;
  • Manages the organization in the commercial field in order to perform the business strategy of the PM Division and the action plan on the territory assigned through distribution, commercial marketing, commercial planning and commercial activities;
  • Leads the sales team for the performance of the sales / volume objectives agreed with the National Sales Manager, in the customers that are in its region of coverage;
  • Follow and coordinate the achievement of the objectives;
  • Evaluates the presence of products in stores according to established standards.
