What You Will Do
ONLINE / E-COMMERCE ACTIVITIES
Define the online go-to-market strategy for the country, in close relationship with affiliate leadership team and brands, covering all online channels (brand.
com, retailer.com, pure players and other platforms) as well as omnichannel opportunities
Responsible for the full online P&L of brand.com, retailer.com and pureplayer.com
Responsible for the full online budget of the country
PAID MEDIA AND SOCIAL / DIGITAL ACTIVITIES
Actively participates in the Brands’ overall paid media strategy development, annual planning and monthly review process, as well as in the definition of their optimal paid media mix
Support all brands in the definition and deployment of their social media strategy (paid, owned and earned)
Lead the media agency relationship for the country
Drive collaboration between brand team and digital commerce & marketing team to ensure alignment, sharing and leveraging of best practices
LOYALTY, CRM & DATA ANALYTICS
Ensure best in class loyalty schemes for the country
Ensure deployment and adoption of CRM and data analytics tools and methodologies
Ensure the right KPIs are known, understood and used to measure success and drive best-in-class analysis
Qualifications - External
You will be successful in this position if you are / have :

7+ experience in E-commerce and online marketing field (beauty industry and / or in retailer desired)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration : Economics, Marketing Degree
Digital Experience inclusive of affiliate marketing, display and organic and paid search, e-commerce will be a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills : can lead cross-functional teams at all levels of the company
Strong verbal, written and formal presentation skills including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way in Romanian and English
Excellent judgement and ability to act decisively in situations requiring quick but thorough analysis and decision-making, while understanding when and how to appropriately escalate issues
