Your day to day :
The service manager is accountable for one or more IT service clusters in the environment of complex and highly critical IT landscapes and for the negotiation of the services with the business unit.
Accountable for managing service level agreements with internal and external service providers, reviewing both tactical and longer-term metrics and handling overall vendor performance.
Daily activities :
SLA negotiations with customers and annual SLA reviews
Support of the partner management at the customer interface
Support of the governance and security teams at the customer interface
Management of task force / special topics based on customer or management escalations
Service improvements (accepting customer inquiries, addressing and tracking requests to TY, or as an LSS project or to the company as SRT)
Training of departments on processes and current IT topics
Support to the strategic projects of the customer
Ensure audit conformity - QA for ISO 9001 audits etc.
Strategic further development of processes and tools in Service Management
Mandatory skills :
Min 6-8 Years Experience in Service Delivery Management / Project Management / Process Management
Fluent and business fluent English (German would be an advantage)
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
Tactical planning and implementation experience
Experience in intercultural communication
Knowledge of IT architectures as well as IT service management processes (ITIL, eTOM etc.) and company processes (PPM, internal ordering and communication processes etc.)
Knowledge in dealing with complex technical issues and preparation of information in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
Microsoft Office Suite support
