To support the Board Members in all learning and development initiatives to build a high performing, people and customer oriented company culture that is in line with its values.
Coordinates the Learning and Development Manager, the Internal Communication Manager, 1 Talent Consultant and 1 Culture Consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan to further embed the Spirit of Vodafone (Culture Program) at all levels of the organization
Support roll-out of Group Spirit initiatives at local level
Learning & Development
Lead the L&D strategy for Vodafone - ensuring we build the skills we need to be a successful tech comms upskilling / reskilling strategy
Actively define and manage the learning plan, delivery strategies of agreed-upon learning needs.
Incorporate innovative and contemporary learning methodologies using cutting-edge technology (immersive learning paths, Gamification, expert communities, peer learning, etc.)
Provide support tools to aid managers and employees at the point of need, have the right tools, information, and capabilities to develop their people.
Create an L&D budget model that balances speed, technology and efficiency, and Provide support tools to aid managers and employees at the point of need, have the right tools, information, and capabilities to develop their people.
allocate the overall budget based on the priorities of the business.
Measure the effectiveness of the L&D plans.
Embed personal development plans for all employees as part of the Performance Dialogue process.
Partner with external suppliers to deliver key L&D priorities.
Develop strong people managers.
Provides end to end project and program management for all company-wide initiatives : Performance Management, Succession Management including talent reviews, Career Pathing, Competency Development, Employee Engagement.
Drive Youth Programs (e.g Discover program)
Partners with HR Operations, IT and leader to design, develop and implement Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Management, Individual Development Planning modules.
Partners with key stakeholders (People Team, HR OPs, and business leaders) to drive implementation, change management and issue management.
Analyzes key data, identify trends, generate insights, present results, recommend solutions, and drive decisions to completion.
Supporting Vodafone Romania in the delivery of a first class quality experience to all of our customers and support the achievement of exceptional business performance through :
Managing the end to end learning process for the consumer business unit, and designing the development strategy for both direct and indirect sales channels
Design and deliver the development initiatives both on functional and leadership skills (induction, product, services, systems, soft and leadership skills) by different type of interventions : virtual, in class, webinars, on the job training, coaching, etc
Measures the impact of initiatives in delivering value for the business, which may include Change Management, Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, and Process Improvement
Effectively recruit, develop and lead his / her direct team members in order to ensure that all objectives are fully reached and that staff’s competencies are put to good use.
Evolve wellbeing program to best respond to evolving employee needs and roll-out the program to create the future workplace
Lead the internal comms strategy implementation and plan to support employee experience and engagement
Lead the Employer Branding strategy implementation

Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing learning & development & talent management processes on an enterprise wide level using project management and multitasking skills and experience
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Fluency in data analysis, critical thinking blended with the ability to interact with a wide audience with different typologies
