Provides updated medical information, clinical development support and relevant commercial expertise, in order to communicate the Novartis messages to the opinion leaders in the field.
Works with the local, regional and global team members for the performance of the relevant clinical actions within the assigned projects.
Contributes to the fulfillment of the national financial income, the sales and profitability targets : sales, market share, increase of the market share.
Local clinical and post-phase III studies : efficient and safe communication of the programs for the achievement of the business objective for essential products.
Medical information : sent on time and adapted to context.
Medical - marketing cooperation : creation of new efficient ways of improving the work methods for the sales of products.
Development of opinion leaders : management of propaganda plans
Market access : contributes to ensuring market access in due time.
Others : customer relations - local medical authorities, opinion leaders; maintains the relation and works with all the Novartis partners, ensuring quality and on-time feedback.
Medical training, preferably Degree in Medical Science; exceptionally, a Degree in Pharmacy with a solid experience and scientific qualification.
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Professional experience :
Preferably more than 2 years experience in clinical or research medicine;
Good planning skills;
Medical and scientific writing skills;
Knowledge of the therapeutic area and ability to interact with relevant opinion leaders;
Familiar with all the aspects concerning drugs development, best medical, clinical and local practice regulations including the regulations for drug surveillance and promotional materials;
Knowledge of the clinical studies design, statistics and pharmacokinetic parameters;
Familiar with the marketing principles and strategies.
