Candidatul ideal


  • more than 3 years of experience in accounting / controlling or as an auditor in one of the leading audit firms;
  • previous consolidation and IFRS knowledge;
  • excellent communication skills, an analytical mind with a proactive personality;
  • ability to work in a team in a fast-moving environment;
  • detail oriented, self-motivated and organized with good understanding of financial and operational processes and controls;
  • English fluently, German is recommended;

    You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania as part of our Finance team, supporting the Corporate Financial Accounting department and your main tasks will be :

  • to play an active role in developing the global reporting processes;
  • responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually (pre-) consolidated financial statements for the Hella Group (IFRS);
  • to make permanent verification of correct world-wide application of IFRS;
  • to offer support the group’s planning and forecasting process, to analyze deviations, comment meaningfully and straightforward;
  • developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to achieve, maintain and strengthen global standardization and internal controls within the Group;
  • to participate in the documentation of the reports and the creation of end-user manuals;
