Job Description :

Our team is looking for an intern that is very interested in learning more about HR processes and, potentially, start a career in this field.

The role is fixed term, for a period of 6 months, 4h / day.

The overall objective of the HR Intern is to assist the Human Resource Team in handling administrative tasks, maintaining records and personnel files corresponding to the onboarding, personnel administration, and off-boarding processes.

Role & Responsibility :

  • Assists Human Resource Department with most functions of human resources including administrative tasks, maintaining records and personnel files
  • Assists with the maintenance of permanent and electronic personnel records
  • Participates in onboarding new employees
  • Assist in the off-boarding through record updates
  • Business Stakeholder Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
  • English - at least B2 level
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very well organized
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
