We expect from you to :
Be responsible for monitoring, follow-up, solving and escalation of the internal technical trouble tickets according with the existing procedures
Be responsible for the network monitoring activities and escalation of the problems to the appropriate persons
Ensure IT technical support - the point of contact for any IT technical issue in the company
Install servers, network equipment, , laptops, printers and other IT devices
Test Windows updates and solve incompatibilities
Keep up to date the antivirus server and clients, define and monitor periodic scans, create periodic reports
Ensure that operations and equipment are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and rules
We expect from you :
A technical Bachelor's or Master’s degree
At least 1 year of experience in IT Support
Proficiency in English language (German will be considered a plus)
In order to be suitable, you'll need to have basic knowledge about :
Microsoft Windows Server / Hypervisor / Microsoft Windows OS / Microsoft Office
SCCM (nice to have)
SCOM (nice to have)
VmWare / Hyperv
Basic IP Networking
