Global TN Consulting iscurrently looking for Travel Helpdesk Support specialists for oneof our clients in Bucharest. You will be offering Technical & FunctionalSupport for a Travel Commerce Platform providing distribution, technology,payment and other solutions for the travel and tourism industry.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 monthsexperience in Customer Service
  • Advanced level ofEnglish and German
  • Travel industrybackground is a plus
  • Experience withinservice desk environment is desirable
  • Familiarity / capability to rapidly acquire troubleshooting skills
  • Ownership andcommitment to problem resolution
  • Ability to workwell under pressure
  • Client oriented,flexible, patient
  • Excellent writtencommunication skills
  • Goodorganizational skills
  • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provideexceptional customer service and Incident resolution to subscribers on the fullrange of client products, and related network and platforms
  • Answer allinbound contacts through calls, web, e-mail and chat
  • Answer enquiriesrelated to functional support of bookings : making or changing reservations,fares & pricing, fulfillment (in particular airline ticketing)
  • Provideassistance on applications or platforms which client may own or develop
  • Provide frontlinetechnical support such as investigating connectivity issues with client systems
  • Provide ExtendedServices Desk support : software installation or non-standard configurations
  • Provide requiredsupport via outbound activities such as Team Viewer and Outbound Calls Answerquestions related to the reservation and booking process for airlines, hotels,rental cars and other travel-related services
