Being part of an enthusiastic, open and dynamic R&D Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will have the following roles :
Talent Management and Organizational Development Consultant :
Perform Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) activities, being the location interface with the country and the global Continental TMOD team, supporting and implementing the globally aligned initiatives into our location;
Contribute to developing the organizational culture, by promoting Continental Values and Continental Behavioral Model, identifying the employee satisfaction level and defining actions for improvement;
Facilitate intervention actions for feedback collection at management and team level;
Responsible for promoting the Continental Leadership Philosophy and Principles, contributing to developing the leadership mindset and skills in our location, implementing leadership programs and learning projects for the management team.
Business Learning Consultant :
Develop and maintain positive internal and external stakeholders’ relationships;
Bring the learning & development expertise into the business, identify and understand how learning can support business, organizational and individual needs;
Propose and advise management team on existing learning and development solutions that meet the identified needs, create and develop new concepts and solutions;
Contribute to developing the virtual learning culture in our location, by promoting virtual learning solutions and creating online learning content to support the HR strategy;
Interface with Internal and External Learning Suppliers and Purchasing department, being responsible for the quality of the contracted learning solutions;
plan and evaluate training sessions;
Openly propose improvement solutions to optimize processes;
Embrace change and transformation, adapt and develop an agile mindset.
Team Value Creator :
Share knowledge, experience and best practices with the L&D team, learning from both success and failure, contributing to develop a learning culture within the team;
Contribute to the implementation of the HR Strategy, working closely on projects with other HR colleagues.
