About The Role
The B2B Marketing Specialist is a key member in our global marketing department, driving change in every market we operate in.
The role focuses on building strategic global marketing campaigns aimed at building PayU awareness, driving lead generation, growing and retaining existing merchants.

What you’ll be doing :
Develop and enhance marketing the global marketing department’s initiatives : planning, testing, executing, and tracking B2B marketing programs such as email, event, digital, or content marketing
Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales, PR, Internal Communication etc.) and external agencies to develop and monitor global B2B marketing initiatives
Assist with developing and managing B2B marketing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
Evaluate, monitor and constantly optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns, and to ensure competitiveness
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Driving marketing automation internal development initiatives
Manage campaign budgets in-line with business growth thereby ensuring efficacy in ROI
Create audience segments based on their profiles, behavior by leveraging standardized tools, models & set goals for each segment.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing
Strong organizational and project management skills
Outstanding communication skills
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) etc.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Prior experience in tech / fintech organizations it’s a plus
Fluent in English
