Site Environment Health Safety Lead
Responsible for ensuring that Molson Coors EHS Pillar Standards, processes, best practices for managing risks to the environment and to employee and third party health and safety on site are implemented fully, along with Local legal regulations in EHS.
Responsbile for the timely escalation of issues and EHS performance data to the Country Technical Compliance Manager and Regional team.
Working with Operational teams on site, providing them subject matter experise to ensure the implementation, review and internal assesment / audit of EHS Standards, impletion of improvement plans and across their area of responsibility.
Responsible to organize and direct EHS Specialists on their team.
Some of your responsibilities :
Responsible for EHS Standards and Legal compliance implementation on site with direct accountability of Country Compliance Manager for it and shared responsibility of operation teams for their areas.
Implementation of CEE EHS standards and requirments and Legal compliance.
Ensure the corrective actions arising from internal and internal EHS audits, assesments, learnings and actions from EHS alerts are implemented fully on site in a timely manner.
Responsible to ensure a process that site EHS, required documentation, permits, licenses are revised and up-to-date.
Responsible for site EHS performance data / scorecards capturing and reporting (leading and lagging KPIs, metrics, incidents, etc.
to regional EHS team as per CEE requirements in time and in full.
Regional EHS team member.
Responsible to train and build capabilities within their team.
Sets goals, education and training plans assures team are knowledgeable in EHS matters.
Responsible to assure provision of appropriate EHS training to employees as required to support ongoing compliance or improvement programmes and to legal and standards requirements.
Develop own knowledge and skills in EHS and other areas of interest, through utilizing internal and external education and capability resources and venues.
Supports and educates departmental and operational leads in EHS Pillar and Legislative Standards, requirements so they build capability to further educate employees in their areas and take ownership of compliance in their areas.
Supports departmental and operational teams in implementing standards in their areas, identifying EHS risks, controls, use of tools, setting improvement actions and demands their completion.
Is active member of local / country EHS forums to benchmark, share practice gain knowledge and suggest forward looking initiatives.
Responsible to propose, track, manage EHS cost on site (OPEX and CAPEX) with accountability of Country Compliance Manager.
Responsible for execution of EHS projects.
Together with EHS specialists, provide EHS support and input to the rest projects on site, in a way that every project has meaningful EHS input, EHS commissioning and acceptance processes in place.
If you have the following skills & experience, we want to hear from you!
Higher Degree in Engineering or Food Engineering or Chemical engineering and Diploma / EHS expert program Diploma
Preferred : Manufacturing Engineering degree / Lead auditor degree / NEBOSH Diploma
At least 3 years’ experience in a substantial role in EHS management
Good knowledge of EHS Standards and IPPC Management
Demonstrate leadership skills and capability - experience in leading people - direct and indirect
Demonstrate influencer skills, coaching, communication at all levels
Experience in communication with external parties including regulators, external auditors, partners and contractors
Demonstrated good auditor skills
Awareness of WCSC 2.0 or other similar EHS Management system with the capability to identify gaps, suggest and support execution of aligned site action plans
Curious, open minded and forward-looking personality
Conceptual and innovative thinking (problem-solving, identifying solutions)
Excellent PC skills
Driven by results, customer oriented
Integrity, proven business acumen understanding
