Your day to day :

The role is responsible for enabling operations performance within TSS, with a focus on TSSR, As such, this role must secure that proper transition and service management and operational support is provided towards all the operational teams in TSSR.

The Operations Performance Manager must work together with the peers in TSSE and TSSI to efficient implementation of the one-

TSS vision. As a result, the role may be accountable for leading cross-centres work streams.

To that extent, the Operations Performance Manager is responsible to define the best balanced resource mix for delivering the transition management, continual service improvement, resource management, commercial analysis, operational service reporting activities.

The role is responsible for the implementation and continuously improvement of scalable processes, as well as continuous development of the workforce.

  • Define and manage the department resourcing skill mix and manage the cost of service delivery by :
  • o Continuous learning & development

    o Consolidation

  • Manage teams responsible for :
  • o Transitioning existing or setting up greenfield services into TSSR

    o Design, development and deployment (including training) of operational processes (ISO 20k, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, TMMI compliant). Assess compliance

    o Designing, implementing and executing the operational reporting

    o Designing and implementing resource & talent management frameworks

    o Designing and implementing cost analysis and management mechanisms, ensuring proper and accurate recharge is done towards the customers

  • Coach & develop teams towards a culture of engagement and ownership in international service delivery.
  • With these skills you are a great candidate :

  • Education : B.E. / B.TECH, Preferred Post Graduation in Technology / Management or equivalent.
  • Business : Exposure to senior international Technology management
  • Certifications such as External / Internal Auditor for ISO standard, ITIL Service Operations, Service Transition, Service Expert, PMP, Prince 2, etc
  • Experience in establishing new functions within a multi-cultural environment and in managing teams
  • Collaborative leadership : work with the delivery verticals in the organisation in order to ensure operational process compliance; work across centres
  • Ability to work in an international organisation with matrix structure
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Proven track record of optimizing delivery, international experience and background in a complex business environment essential as well as ability to work across distributed team in a complex business environment
  • Well-developed coordination & leadership skills.
