Your contribution to something big
Ensure a high quality and efficient management of the operational department and its continuous improvement;
Responsible for the operational area of an SO site ( 500 FTE) in order to fulfil the targets regarding TNS, costs, efficiency and quality in accordance with the SO business strategy;
Control, steer and optimize quantitative and qualitative KPIs of the operational department;
Responsible for human resources, turnover, contribution margin (OM1, OM2, OM3), and their continuous improvement;
Support Sales team during service acquisition and exploiting existing client contracts;
Point of contact for clients;
Responsible for Service strategy;
Coordinate the Operations Manager’s team ( 10 direct reports).
What distinguishes you
At least 5 years experience in operations management;
