Job Description :
Implementing HR strategic and tactical plans to ensure efficient and effective people management;
Ensuring appropriate policies, contracts, and processes are developed and that changes are agreed with the Works Council / Employee representatives;
Developing and maintaining high standards of talent acquisition and talent management;
Ensuring business training needs are met, with appropriate cost and effectiveness measurements;
Contributing to the development of appropriate compensation and benefit procedures, policy and process in line with the company's guidelines;
Ensuring the management and development of staff to provide the right mix of skills and abilities to meet both current and future requirements;
Ensuring the delivery of people management processes to foster high levels of employee engagement and commitment. Effective design, implementation and application of HR processes and practices across the business;
Designing, implementing and gaining acceptance of policies and procedures;
Designing and delivering of in-house training and development initiatives;
Caring out the entire recruitment process : draws up and posts recruitment advertisements, handles CV selections, schedules the candidates for interviews, keeps the primary interviews, gives tests and makes the short list of perspective candidates;
Drawing up and bringing to date the job description for all the position within the company;
Ensuring that the internal procedures are known and followed by all employees;
Participating in the organisation of different events (team building, training, conferences, Christmas party).
Participating in survey organisation for the evaluation of the satisfaction and motivation degree of the employees;
Keeping track of all the necessary documentation regarding office activity, payment, employment, promotions, contract termination.
Knowledge of labour legislation;
Knowledge of interviewing techniques;
Talent and change management;
Experience of high change environments;
Effective training skills with an awareness of developments in training techniques.
