We are looking to hire a for our office in Bucharest. This is a new role for our organization that will be reporting to our local Talent Acquisition & HRIS Manager.
This role will be working to support our global recruitment strategies and efforts by developing passive candidate pools for open roles across the organization.
We are looking to bring someone to the team who is well-versed in current sourcing / research tools and can advise and improve current recruitment strategies.
Previous experience working in recruitment for IT would be considered an asset. If you have a proven track record of building employment brands online AND experience sourcing, this role would be perfect for you.
Key Functions :
Develop plans to source qualified candidates and increase candidate pools, using appropriate sources such as databases, social media, job boards, internet sites, and networking
Lead in the development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.
g., cold calling, job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, and networking and referrals, and anticipate organization needs by ensuring ongoing strategic talent pipelines)
Educate, influence, and enable the organization to hire the right talent
Leverage metrics and data to drive results and achieve company objectives
Develop and manage ongoing social media and email campaigns to raise employer brand awareness
Effectively manage the organization’s global ATS to ensure candidates are properly pipelined for future recruitment efforts
Research and advise what sourcing / recruitment software would bring the greatest value to the organization
Compliance with GDPR laws with respect to candidate data collection & maintenance
A minimum of 3 years’ experience sourcing or recruitment, preferably for IT roles
Experience sourcing passive candidates through various channels and technology tools
Strong organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting), a multi-tasking style and project management approach.
Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.).
Interest and aptitude for learning highly technical subject matter.
Highly articulate, well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills
