What will your job be about
Maintenance of the employees’ data from hiring to leaving in HR systems;
Maintenance and customizing of the data in the payroll system and time attendance;
Manage extraction and conversion of all necessary data from daily activity related to HR systems;
Support on data mapping & data validation activities from the HR systems;
Problem solving and delivering HR systems related improvements;
Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of data in the HR systems
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
May assist HR leadership in departmental budgets and forecast;
What We Are Looking For
University degree (Economics is an advantage);
Experience in a similar position min. 3 years;
Knowledge in operation, development and maintenance of human resource information system (HRIS);
Knowledge of the Romanian payroll legislation;
Understanding of accounting fundamentals related to payroll, taxes and personnel cost;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Communicative and teamwork personality;
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - Advance Excel knowledge is a must;
English language Professional level;
