  • Fortech is looking for a creative person with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Employer Branding Specialist.

    In this role, you will have a key implication in defining Fortech’s Employer Branding (EB) strategy on the local and regional markets, as well as implementing it alongside a dedicated team.

    Your contribution will be instrumental in helping translate Fortech’s value proposition for a variety of target segments and across a range of channels.

    Your Responsibilities Work closely with the HR Management, Employer Branding and Marketing teams to define the EB strategyUnderstand team culture and the business needs to identify and implement actions to constantly improve the attraction of talents, engagement and retentionKeep the overview of all the EB initiatives within the organization (in all delivery centers)Maintain a good relationship with the community partners and constantly grow the network of potential strategic partnersMastery the Events Management : be involved in the whole project management lifecycle of an event, from design to deliveryPlay an active role in the internal communication within the organizationDevelop employer collaterals related to different initiatives / projects (digital / print brochures, flyers, posters and other promotional materials)Develop and implement digital advertising campaignsProvide EB procurement servicesCommunicate effort and results to HR Management and other stakeholders

    Requirements

    4+ years of experience in Marketing / Employer Branding. Experience in the IT industry is important but not mandatoryBachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or related fieldsAdvanced English language skills (verbal and written), copywriting skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Good knowledge of digital advertisement (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads)Excellent relationship management skills and ability to interface with business leadersWell organized, able to respect deadlines and focused on detailsCreative mind, able to come up with original conceptual ideas in his / her workA problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitudeA team-player, able to adapt in a collaborative and dynamic work environmentPrevious experience with WordPress, Mailchimp nice to have
