Job Description

Your valuable contribution to something big

You are responsible of training mechatronic technicians and maintenance technicians;

You ensure onboarding trainings for new technicians;

You ensure refresh trainings for old technicians;

You are responsible to create training material based on work instructions;

You give support to increase quality of methods together with process teams;

You are responsible to keep updated skill matrix;

You give support in technical problems;

You will collaborate with all departments in order to assure that information is received by technicians.

You have passion in your blood.

Education :

Bachelor / Master’s degree in technical field such as Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation or similar

Experience and Skills :

Minimum Technical secondary school;

Experience in training methodology

Solid computer skills and basic knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Outlook);

Good communication skills;

Excellent problem solving skills.

Languages :

English a medium level
