YOUR FUNCTIONS / / Controlling, monitoring and improving of the whole logistics chain for individual aftersales service parts with the aim of maximizing availability and customer service as well as minimizing logistic costs;
Monitoring, controlling and clearing of incoming EDI-orders with customer;Manual order and forecast processing form web-portal, e-
mail, fax and letter;Processing of short term order requests from customers via phone, e-mail and web-portal over the complete supply chain;
Managing of escalation process from operational level to key account manager over factory management up to head of sales and global head of production;
Planning and releasing of customer shipments under consideration of transport costs, delivery times and shipment priorities;
YOUR COMPETENCE / / Bachelor degree in business;Very good knowledge in SAP modules : SD, MM, SAP DataWarehouse;Microsoft Access and Excel (pivot-
tables);Negotiation, conflict and meeting management techniques;Good analytical skills and readiness of mind;Automotive aftermarket logistics incl.
