User Support Specialist - Iasi, Romania
We are looking to backfill the post of User Support Specialist into our Iasi team.
Joining a team of ten, you will provide administrative support to the Project Delivery Teams and Helpdesk, by creating, maintaining and verifying user accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Accountabilities / Decision Making & Influence
Set up, maintain, deactivate and verify the following user accounts in accordance with QMS;
Trial Manager Accounts;
Netsuite Client Portal Accounts;
Trial eConsent Accounts;
Respond to requests from both internal and external customers quickly, efficiently and accurately;
Other responsibilities assigned as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Must be customer focused for both internal and external customers;
Must be a team oriented person with a can do attitude;
Must have experience with Microsoft Office;
Must have superior communication skills, both oral and written;
Must be able to work under pressure;
Must have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
Must be detailed and results oriented;
Must have solid time management, communication and organizational skills;
Must have flexibility to adjust to shift schedule.
