Reporting responsibilities : monthly reporting for defined KPIs for all Automotive Plants, preparation & distribution of monthly / quarterly reports for Management Meeting, responsibility for reports out of internal tool mySuccess or any other reports needed / requested
Support for Assignments process : Coordination of assignment process for Central Functions A AM and A SCM
Strategic Workforce Planning : SWP Coordinator for Central Functions A AM and A SCM, Alignment on drivers together with respective functions, Development of recommended drivers for plants together with the respective functions, Follow-up on defined actions / measures
Support for internal satisfaction survey Basics Live : OBL Coordinator for Central Functions A AM and A SCM, Follow-up on defined actions / measures
Announcements : drafting announcements, alignment with all persons concerned and publishing
Project Support : supporting global HR projects if needed
Qualifications Essential Skills / Qualifications
bachelor or master degree
good knowledge of available reporting tools
fluent English skills (written & spoken)
good communication & problem solving capabilities
Desirable Skills / Qualifications
very good understanding of Continental's HR processes
very good understanding of Continental's organizational set-up
ideally very good network in different Business Units
