Job Summary :

Netsuite Consulting is looking to build an team of consultants within its SaaS Center of Excellence located in Bucharest, Romania in order to deliver projects across a variety of countries for customers from different industry backgrounds covering the entire EMEA region.

The Netsuite Functional Consultant will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.

In addition, the Consultant will work with the customer to configure / customize NetSuite application to meet their business requirements.

The Consultant will be required to conduct sessions with the customer over the phone / videoconference or in-person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.

The Consultant will provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.

The Consultant will be expected to contribute to the solutions repository / best practices and knowledge share activities at NetSuite.

The Netsuite Functional Consultant performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Netsuite products and technology to meet customer needs.

Applies Netsuite methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Skills and qualifications required for the role :

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
  • Previous knowledge of any ERP product is an asset; if the product is Cloud native this is even better.
  • Understanding of business processes and business process modelling especially related to ERP, Finance or CRM domains
  • Ability to effectively implement an ERP and CRM Solution
  • Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
  • A creative and agile problem-solver
  • Outspoken and passionate about delivering well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success for our customers
  • Ability to present and argument : persuasive
  • Experience in NetSuite application systems consulting for a Software Vendor is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and one of the languages : German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Arabics both written and oral with strong presentation ability

    Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

    As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations / data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations.

    Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices.

    Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

    1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

    Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area.

    Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
