The Digital Transformation Project Manager is part of Sustainalytics’ Research Digital Transformation Team, which sits with Sustainalytics ESG research division.
The team sets the vision, priority setting and business requirements of Sustainalytics’ research platforms and research-focused (smart) technology applications.
It acts as a connector between multiple research teams and Sustainalytics’ digital product managers / owners in the ICT team.
The Digital Transformation Project Manager will be an advocate for digital transformation and diffuses technology applications through all stages of research processes.
He / she will be able to work collaboratively with all teams to coordinate the releases of (new) analyst databases. The Digital Transformation Project Manager has a strong understanding of the latest digital trends.
He / she is responsible for developing business requirements and to translate these into technical requirements based on stakeholder dialogue.
He / she successfully releases new technology solutions to the research teams to reduce costs, improve quality, speed and agility of the research process.
Gathers data and steers the process to monitor the health of analyst databases. Collects, reviews and prioritizes incoming items for ICT partners, specifying business requirements (together with business analysts).
Prepares communication materials about upcoming releases which allow research teams to anticipate upcoming releases.
Is responsible for analyst database release management to users. Candidate plans, coordinates, manages and schedules releases in close collaboration with Digital Product Managers / Owners.
Creates change materials and notifies all relevant business partners on or prior to release
Manages and mentors business analyst(s) as appropriate.
3+ years’ experience in ICT-related roles, with proven track record of either business analysis or release management
2+ years’ experience in people management is a plus
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in an information systems environment
Has the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, individually as well as part of a team
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is able to engage / connect and build effective relations at different levels, while managing competing interests.
Is used to operate in an international environment
Has strong project management and execution skills, sets clear priorities and is result oriented
