Amazon Customer Behavior team is looking for a highly motivated, customer obsessed and entrepreneurial Software Development Manager to assist company-
wide efforts to make Amazon websites and applications accessible to everyone. The team will focus on developing and scaling our accessibility technologies to provide a rich experience to our customers with disabilities.
As the manager of the Accessibility Tools Team you will help lead the development of applications and tools to monitor Amazon websites and work with cross functional development teams to create accessible systems.
We’re looking for experienced technical managers with a passion for delivering results and strong ownership. You will define and drive the roadmap for our accessibility team and their associated tools.
In this high-visibility position, you’ll collaborate with, learn from, and teach some of the best engineering leaders in the world.
The ideal candidate can prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and communicate clearly succinctly to senior management, customers, peers, and their team.
