Manage the full portfolio of Group Network projects, commercial or technology driven, delivered by Group Network for the respective Local Market.
Empowered as single point of contact towards all local market stakeholders (managers and staff level) for all aspects related to project delivery, G0 to G6.
Collaborates tightly with Engagement Executive and Business Relationship Manager to ensure optimum interfacing with the respective Local Market and the satisfaction of all local stakeholders.
Accountable for projects delivered by all Integrated Cluster Delivery team members and all cross-departmental projects with EDM’s in other GN departments, in the respective market (>
40 projects / year, out of which around 10+ projects simultaneously).
Ensures project change management & risk management towards the respective market, for issues related to project delivery.
Reports resource allocation or other cross-departmental issues to vertical departments / EDU Managers involved.
Ensures projects are delivered following the agreed Group Network PM methodology / process : steps, documentation, tools.
Provides performance management feedback for all Engineering Delivery Managers under his / her projects portfolio.
Process & project management skills.
People management experience, in a virtual environment.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Strong collaboration skills harnessed towards delivering the right outcomes for Vodafone and our customers.
Ability to negotiate and adapt, to achieve optimum balance of result, accommodating requirements from often contradicting sources.
Basic training / knowledge of network architecture.
Financial acumen is a plus.
