The . Monitoring Expert has strong people skills with leadership abilities, who has previous experience with enterprise monitoring systems.
Job description and key responsibilities
This role will require hands on experience of monitoring in the infrastructures and applications landscape.
The engineer will deploy several monitoring and management tools worldwide and then will deploy the monitoring of infrastructures, middle-wares and applications.
The engineer will identify key transactions in collaboration with the infrastructure and development teams and implement monitoring to get pro-active alerts on system disruption and outages before it creates business impact.
Deploy and maintain the tools worldwide (Solarwinds, AppDynamics, Splunk, Jira, )
Deploy and keep Up-To-Date the monitoring on each tool (in link with infrastructure’s L3 experts and application’s owners)
Work in an ITIL service management processes (Incident, change, request, problem, etc.)
Ensure prompt escalation of alerts to the appropriate Teams
Participate to L3 incidents and problems investigation
Works with applications owners to optimize application’s organization and coding.
Contribute to IT system innovation

The IT team’s target is to contribute to the Quality of Services (QoS) delivered to client.
Ensure maximum infrastructure and services availability in order to optimize usage in service portfolio and associated supporting infrastructures, contributing to IT Total Cost of Ownership optimization.
Required skills & profile
Must have :
Fluent English speaker.
Expert knowledge in one of these technologies (Solarwinds, AppDynamics, JIRA, Splunk)
Strong service orientation minded solid oral and written communication skills.
Excellent technical skills regarding infrastructures, middleware, databases, web servers,
Project experience in deploying a worldwide infrastructure solution
Proven analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
Solid oral and written communication, problem-solving skills.
Ability to be part of highly intercultural teams.
Ability to collaborate with remote teams in a strong multicultural environment.
Nice to have :
Fluent French and / or Spanish speaker
Knowledge of IT group organization, processes and stakeholders.
Work experience : +5 years
Minimum education level : Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field
