We are opening this role for a global Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier enabled innovation program. Our aim is to establish a SRM back-office with the purpose of training customer’s business stakeholders and providing operational and tactical support to Procurement members actively involved in Relationship Management (activities concerning our Strategic and Preferred Suppliers efficiently)

General SRM tasks

  • Generate / set-up vendor landscape reports (weekly & adhoc per division / country / mutations)
  • Maintaining SRMops mailbox daily
  • Making sure suppliers update their KPIs in a timely manner
  • Acting as a 2nd line helpdesk, if the helpdesk feature and support are not able to resolve
  • Helping with training & share-point site materials (if appropriate)
  • Support annual Supplier segmentation process by archiving completed segmentation documents, ad hoc support on the Excel tool and replying to functional questions
  • Producing monthly KPIs and SRM health dashboards
  • Supplier Innovation tasks
  • Collecting any innovations entries via Supplier hub website
  • Communicating and sending supplier innovation entries to interval reviewers according to review process.
  • Act as day-2-day contact for problem solving for customer’s suppliers
  • Visible Tasks

  • Provide catalyst training sessions to Astellas and Supplier users
  • Supporting the Supplier onboarding process from Data handbook to Go Live
  • Creating Supplier relationships, circles, managing access requests
  • Admin function for Visible system / act as day-2-day point of contact for issue resolution
  • Support for Business users in Visible (follow up on reminders / sending surveys / reports)
  • Monitoring and managing notifications and outstanding tasks
  • Managing access within the scope of roles and ensuring this is sufficient for the smooth running of tasks
  • Other tasks :

  • The role will be required to take appropriate LMS training will be required on request.
  • Appropriate system access will be provided.
  • EMEA time zone operating hours are required.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (C1)
  • Relevant Procurement experience and knowledge are a must
  • Prior project management in Procurement area represents an advantage for future candidates
  • Good level of MS Office- Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactive and resourceful in solving problems
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, self-managed, able to multitask, able to coordinate multiple projects
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic international environment
  • Organization of own work, able to work under pressure to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and to coordinate with multiple teams
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience in SRM constitutes an advantage
