We are now looking for a Country Support Manager to join our team.

As the Country Support Manager, you will have a central role in driving customer satisfaction and smooth operations for our global customers.

Being part of our Global Support Organization you facilitate the communication between the Basware Country Management and Support.

In this role you need to have a good understanding of the whole Basware service portfolio and processes to provide the best guidance and information to both the customers and internal stakeholders.

You create and execute action plans with customers in close cooperation with Support, Consulting, Product Managers and Sales.

The daily work varies between ad hoc requests and long-term empowerment of the Country Organizations. Requests include internal coordination for complex support cases, handling escalations and customer complaints.

Long-term you ensure that the Country Organizations stay informed about the Support status and that the Support offering is present with the local Sales team.

The role requires excellent communication and networking skills as well as a solid understanding of our business and company structure.

Within Basware you will work with colleagues across many business units and countries. To succeed you need to be able to navigate within the company both vertically and horizontally.

On the customer side your contacts will vary from accounts payable key users and team leads to Finance Managers. You need to be comfortable communicating on all these levels.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective presentation delivery
  • Experienced in working in multinational matrix environments
  • Ability to handle challenging situations
  • Experience in Service Delivery and Support Process Frameworks
  • Understanding of Source-to-Pay and Financial Business processes
  • Understanding electronic messages network (e-invoicing and purchase messages)
  • MSc or BSc Business Administration or related field

  • French or German language skills
  • Position : Permanent
