Our team consists of six people. Some of us have been working there for many years. We mainly work remotely, but find time to meet together.
Our main area of work is the development of an application for issuing and managing insurance policies.
There are several large projects planned or in the initial phase. We are looking for someone who will strengthen the team, by deploying the ability to analyze and improve business processes and their solid communication skills .
This involves communication with both the business and the developers.

Your tasks :
Acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders of the project business and technical teams
Establish effective working relationship with range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support delivery of business value.
Gathering, analyzing, modelling and documenting functional and system requirements.
Deriving and prioritizing tasks with a team to cover all requirements.
Work as part of project team and support the team in delivery.
Minimum 3-year experience in business analysis.
Hands-on experience with gathering business requirements.
Knowledge of business analysis processes, techniques, and tools.
Great analytical skills and creativity in problem solving.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Positive attitude & strong interest to solve challenges, adapt to a changing work environment & deal with new issues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Capability to get up-to-speed with already ongoing engagement.
Experience in working with business users at different seniority levels
