We are looking for a new colleague, based in Bucharest, whose main responsibilities will be to :
Lead the country communications, patient engagement and advocacy function, ensuring the successful implementation of the communication and patient engagement and advocacy related activities in key projects and programs, in the relevant business areas;
Counsel senior management in all aspects of communications and high-level patient engagement and patient advocacy, select media spokespeople, conduct media training, and develop communication messages around key programs and initiatives;
Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as media, patient groups, etc. and ensure consistency of the Novartis brand and market position in all communications;
Build, monitor and evaluate the C&A Function’s performance to achieve and maintain best-in-class performance, while being fully consistent with the evolving legal, regulatory and compliance environment.
Master Degree (e.g. MSc) / University Diploma or equivalent;
English advanced level (writing and speaking);
Operations management and execution, people leadership, organization scope, scale and complexity, collaborating across boundaries, financial management, new product innovation;
Resilience, interpersonal savvy, project excellence, operational excellence, digital & tech savvy, business mindset, stakeholder engagement.
