You will join Global Technology Services (GTS), the entity who manages the infrastructure for the group. We are a customer-centric communication centre where users, employees, and stakeholders can request help related to the IT Infrastructure (Software and Hardware).

Specifically, you will be required to : Receives telephone calls, chats, e-mails, and service desk requests from users having problems using computer software and hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, email, or operating systems.

Remote and desk-side installation of various software packages, engineering tools. Mailbox, Distribution lists and Shared mailbox troubleshooting.

User accounts management. AD Groups management. L1 support for Virtual machines. Assist users to connect to company systems, network, or VPN, configure workstations.

Set up accounts, configure hardware for new hires both local and remote. Take appropriate actions on system alerts based on standard operating procedure.

Identify, log and escalate incidents to the correct department according to the procedures. Smart Cards - Access Card (Unipass), config, unlock and troubleshooting.

1-5 years’ experience on a similar role. Experience with Windows 10, Office365, Good level of English. Experience with IT processes like ITIL or related practices.

Active Directory and Exchange practical / technical knowledge. Basic networking knowledge. Strong motivation & willingness to expand knowledge.
