For our client, a leader within the electric and electronic industry, ith development and production capabilities in Romania, present on the market for for over 15 years, we are looking for a Process Manager in Arad.
The Process Manager will be involved in developing the electronics department and will closely work with the General Manager and the Production Manager from Romania, along with the R&D Department from France.
The role will constantly increase in responsibilities, starting with benchmarking tests, debugging and other process improvement actions and continuining with team management and development, leading operators and engineers.
Job Description :
Setting up the test benches by following the job card;
Diagnosing faults and performing the necessary repairs;
Repairing the electronic boards and performing the necessary adjustments for the first series;
Monitoring the manufacturing process and leading the process improvement function for the industrial tools;
Analyzing, proposing and implementing manufacturing processes to optimize control over the production of products;
Participating in the phases of industrialization, production, tests and proposing the appropriate solutions;
Participating in the definition of tooling needs, monitoring their implementation and ensuring the set up;
Participating in the establishment of test procedures;
Modifying all working files whenever necessary in collaboration with the design office;
Coordinating and training the team members and also offering them technical support.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electronics field (Test Engineer, Debugg Engineer, Electronics Engineer or Process Engineer, or similar);
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electronics- advantage);
Knowledge of Process Industrialization and Quality Assurance or how to diagnose a fault on a test bench;
Proficiency in English;
Knowledge of French or German would be a plus.
