The job : Working as a Nutaku Website Customer Service Representative. At Nutaku Games we strive to offer our players elite support.
Daily duties would include managing customer inquiries from all of our social media accounts (Discord, Facebook, Twitter), live customer support chat, and our email support ticketing system.
The expectation is to make sure players leave each interaction on a positive note. Our goal is always to retain concerned customers! We will be relying on our CSRs to make our players happy and solve their concerns with the upmost care.
