Job Description Summary
The Life Care Solution Advanced Sales Application Specialist is responsible for creating and support winning sales opportunities for Anesthesia, Respiratory and Monitoring solutions / services in the assigned territory.
The role will provide support to customers for using GE innovative technology products and enhance the efficiency of clinical education.
The role will be based Bucharest.
Roles and Responsibilities
Within a geographic area responsible for selling products, solutions, or projects
Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Providing expert counsel / training to customers using clinical concepts / applications for Acute Care
Creating marketing and sales tools for product shows, marketing literature and presentations
Responsible for collecting and dissemination of information on Clinical trends, new procedures and new products or options.
Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to clinical, technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination.
Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Bachelor’s Degre e or equivalent knowledge / experience
Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry (especially Critical Care)
Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Proven track record on relationship building skills.
High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
Fluent in Romanian and English languages
