Assist the Manager Governance, Risk Management & Compliance his function for EagleBurgmann BA EMEA in close collaboration within the BA EMEA as well as corporate functions and serve as interface to contract management in CLF Sales & Marketing and CLF
Support the further development and enhancement of a holistic and effective GRC framework
Assist in developing a cross-functional risk and compliance landscape including the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of potential business impacts
Support the execution of risk management improvement projects and the coordination of risk mitigation follow-ups
Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports
Engage in improving processes, controls, and systems, thus combining a Risk & Compliance mindset with operational activities
Assist in maintaining policies and other governance documents as necessary, support Risk & Compliance trainings and contribute to change management initiatives
Support the implementation of a Risk & Compliance organization in BA EMEA, initiate trainings, standardize LPPs and carry out risk analysis
Monitor chasing of IA findings through business organization
Qualificationsarrow right
At least 2 years of professional experience in (internal) audit, risk management and / or compliance
Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field
Deep understanding of business processes, systems, and internal controls
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures as well as a strong understanding of risk management methodologies and frameworks
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
Team player with excellent communication skills
Experience with SAP S4 / HANA is a plus
Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
Very good command of (written and spoken) English
